It's been a while since the contest, and there has been quite a few needed reprints for this deck to where I can get the total list to be ~$100. While it did not win, I still feel like this is a competent deck that can hold its own against other budget cEDH decklists (I haven't tested this against actual cEDH decks). This decklist was originally created for the Spike Feeder's & r/BudgetBrews $75 budget cEDH contest, which was held near the end of 2019.

Basic lands are not included in the price.

My friend and I also decided to make a commander league that had to have decks at or under $25, which got me really interested in brewing budget decks. Those decks might indeed be cheaper than their more competitive counterparts, but they are in no way budget.

It comes down to the fact that I was tired of seeing people posting their "budget" decks on other subs or on other forums only to find out they were actually $100, $200, or even $300+. However they likely will be easy to upgrade if you do wish to spend a little extra money.

The best part is that your commander is cheap and incredibly effective, which helps get around the first few turns of most games where you’re saying “Land, go” over and over. I’m a big fan of angels as a tribe in general, and Giada presents the strongest angel commander so far. I’ve really fallen in love with playing my Giada, Font of Hope angels Commander deck. All of the charms and commands are also flexible cards, so you always have options. ’Ramos is able to churn out pretty often since you’re playing a huge number of gold spells.
